and ppl finally can dine-in...
after satisfying my craving for cheese fries at 49seats, here is another... at Hoshino Coffee

WU PAO CHUN BAKERY @ capitol plaza

was at Capitol Singapore yesterday and saw this bakery so we decided to take a look

Atas bread 🍞! is all i can say

bought this award winning bread 🍞, 1/2 cost $14+
when you open the packaging, the smell of lychee is soooooo strong!

It was stated that it was fermented for long hrs... Believe tt explains the cost.. However, when you eat it, you won't get to taste the lychee... It taste quite normal I should say

Custard milk bun $2+
This is my favorite, out of the 3.. The bread itself is normal but I like the custard milk.. It's really nice!

Mantai bun $5.50 for 3
This is a small bun... Bought this cos just yesterday, sis said she has a craving for mantaiko... So here you are! But she don't like it anyways.. 

my husband doesn't like it too
It's kind of sticky bread topped with mantai.. What I like is there a small piece of cheese and each of the 4 "pop-ins"

it's the last week of #circuitbreakerSG! "takeaway" for the "first" time
Ichiban Bento at Nex, at the Japanese restaurant area

Salmon Mantai Bento

Saba Terriyaki Bento

as from the pic, the fish is big slice and topped with mantai
well grilled

saba fish is big too! fish is soft enough compared to those you have at food court
but the sauce is abit too salty though

both sets comes with 1 gyoza, 2 slice of egg
gyoza is nice too! It's crispy at the outside with fillings

Cost abt $22+... I should say the 🐟 serving is big!

INSTANT RAMEN dondondonki

was at DonDonDonKi few mths ago and bought this instant ramen
2 different flavours, Hokkaido Miso and Kyushu Black

its like instant noodle, it comes with noodles, seasoning, and a small pack of chilli powder for Miso and chopped fried onions for Kyushu Black

of cos, its not as nice as those you get from Japanese restaurant

after a mth + of circuit breaker in SG, had craving for ramen, so this comes in well

Hokkaido Miso
a light taste of the soup, miso taste is not very strong

Kyushu Black
strong taste compared to Hokkaido Miso as you can see from the color theres some finely chopped garlic, but the garlic taste is not very strong

personally prefer this more

a note to don't overcook the ramen to get the chewy texture!

of so many food, this is our favourite! even my mum doesn't really likes egg tart gives a thumb up!

the egg is so smooth and soft but not watery... paired with the tart, there is a very light fragrance...
yes, its very nice

the French toast is average though... maybe it will be better to eat it there while its hot!




I didn't get to eat the polo bun, but heard that its nice too!

we don't really like the tomato chicken chop pasta cos we are not tomato pasta person... the chicken chop is average too

curry fishball, its fried fishball in curry... nothing fantastic

potato salad is nice! missed taking a close up photo on this...

luncheon meat stick is breaded luncheon meat.. eat it while its hot! abit crispy at the outside and soft at the inside

especially in the time where bubble tea shops are closed due to #circuitbreakerSG, having milk tea w pearl is another reason to be happy abt!

DOMINO'S pizza

wanted to call for delivery, but in the end got rejected due to large numbers of order they have so got no choice but to order and collect
a promo of 2 for $22 regular pizza with got a coupon for a free regular pizza
comparing to Pizza Hut pizza I ate few weeks back, Domino's is so much nicer!

3 regular pizzas, all are New York crust
tried the other 2 crust few mths ago, from my order today, obviously New York crust is the best!
-classic hand tossed: too thick
-crunchy thin crust: thin and crispy, just like biscuit

Domino's pizzas are well toasted

Hawaiian Paradise
mixture of chicken, ham and pineapple slices, covered with mozzarella cheese...
the pineapple slices makes it juicy
its my dad's favorite but my sis commented its just like pizza bread you get from bakery shop!

Valenciana Mushroom
mushroom and spinach toppings
its abit more dry as compared to the other 2
but this is my favorite cos if the mushroom! yes, mushroom pizza is the best!

Classified Chicken
chicken, mushroom and onions covered with mozzarella cheese.. take a bite and see the melting cheese oozing out of the toasted cheese
not a lot of mushroom, so cant really taste the mushroom

PIZZA HUT delivery

5th day of circuit breaker in Singapore to fight covid19.. received a promo code for Pizza Hut delivery from a fren where you can get 2 regular pizza for free with purchase of $15! its a great deal~

Veggie Lover Pizza, and stretched thin crust topped with
capsicums.

Chicken Supreme Pizza, regular pan crust topped with
chicken ham,
chicken chunks,
roasted chicken,
capsicum,
mushrooms and onions

this crust make pizza looks thicker and maybe cos of the ingredients make it looks more filling

a note, this pizza is slightly spicy

Curry Zazzle
this is basically rice with some potatoes and chicken cubes covered with curry sauce

portion is relatively small as you can see the height
definitely not enough to fill your stomach... so there's every reason to snap on a slice of pizza and finger food!

side dish - 4pcs chicken tender, comes with cheese dip

hmm don't really like this side cos the chicken is very hard and the skin is not crispy









if time allows, do reheat it before eating cos the bread crust is abit soggy... its so much better toasting them!

In Singapore, there is Soup Spoon Union and Soup Spoon, if you notice.
Soup Spoon only serves their wide range of soup with salad, sandwich, while Soup Spoon Union also serves western food --- burgers, meat, customized salads

this is my favorite soup!! its a must have whenever I visit Soup Spoon and every bowl of soup comes with a bun which goes so well dipped in the soup!

Cranberry Fusilli Salad.. something new which was not in the menu when I last ate
its like of sauced pasta.. this is abit sweet cos of the cranberry
ladies on diet, don't be deceived by the name salad... I think this contains quite abit of calories!

Chicken is tender, goes well with the sauce that makes it not so dry

The sauce is quite spicy... And the chicken is nice... Personally I will like this more to grilled chicken breast if the sauce is not so spicy!
And not to forget, the chunky fries is nice! All 3 of us gave us a thumbs up!! 👍👍👍

Five Guys is a fast food that sells fries and burgers. Fries is their unique selling product as they are cuts from the best potatoes
Yes, its nice and if you like potatoes, you got to try this.. Potato taste comes with every bite
But it's quite costly... This bag cost abt $9
Yes.. Needless to say, each burger will cost double digits.. Didn't get try their burger as we were there to grab some snacks instead of having a meal... Hmm, don't think I will pay for another $9 to eat this bag of fries again...
