Husband's pizza craving again... So searched online and saw recommendation for this Italian restaurant

found this that serves wide variety of pizza and pastas

place is not very crowded and the staff is very friendly. its a nice place to hang out with live music (rocky songs)

spaghetti aglio olio @ $16++

noodle is chewy with seafood, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes 🍅

Taste not bad but quite common while portion is normal but quite generous in the ingredients.. quite worth the price

Pizza Pollo @ $22++

mozzarella, tomato sauce, pesto chicken, bell peppers and onions

chose this cos I saw pesto but the pesto is not very strong, prefer the pesto at Zazz

super super thin crispy crust.. feels like biscuit.. yup, no bread filling

it's soooo nice!!! this is the 2nd time I'm eating this..

My favorite pasta and is my mum's favorite too liao!

Choice of fries and wedges..

Fish is crispy and hot!!

This is normal normal, average

Choco Royale cake @ $6.50+

Very thick chocolate, if you like chocolate this is a must have... There's a layer of crispy "biscuit" at the base

Top is like a piece of "rubber" it's edible lah abit sweet

Tried their aglio olio, it's very nice too! The non spicy one is not as nice

tried this pesto spaghetti @ $8.90+ today

pesto is bits and pieces everywhere, not the usual whole paste kind... Was abit disappointed at first but nv judge by look!!

I should say it's a combi of aglio olio.... I will definitely come back for this again...

was so hungry so topped snapper @ $5+ 2 pieces, and it's well pan fried... 😍

portion is really small.. belongs to dim sum category... but it's nice! Yes it's really good! especially topped with small fried fish

to me it's normal... Don't really like the spaghetti, seems like the same as home cooked.. but my dad enjoys it! 😉

nice fish fillet, hot and crispy.. some sides to choose from, but abit too potato today.. fries and baked potato.. both are good, but baked potato cannot be compared to Jack's place lah

also had soy milk @ $3.90++ it's good too! Got the thick soy taste... 👍🏼👍🏼 So good that we ordered another cup

overall, all of us have good reviews and looking forward to come back again!

located along a PCN in a community centre, always 🚲🚲 pass and it's always packed, so we decided to give it a try yesterday... By foot, it's quite a long walk though

Really not very accessible by public transport...

Quite a big place with indoors and outdoor seats serving different cuisine...

read reviews that only the Chinese food is good, but we don't see ppl eating them.. so weird 🤔

wanted to try the pizza 🍕 but the wait was 1hr + .. imagine the crowd..

in the end we chose grilled chicken and basil pesto

this was way beyond expectation! Yes! I go like "waa" cos I'm expecting something like chicken chop..

portion is big, chicken is tender... like it with the skin... It's nice!

served with 2 pieces of halved baked baby potatoes and salad veg

this is normal.. pesto sauce with penne pasta..

i dont mind eating this again though

portion of sauce is sufficient, served with brown mushroom.. mixed in the sauce but don't think is cooked tgt

nice food, good location if you are staying nearby or a cyclist..

This stall located at the back entrance... attracted my attention by it's bright colored signboard and the q... Ya when I return to take pic there's no q alr

It's a halal western stall, reasonable priced and the portion is really big! Yes, for $6, get to choose a base (Aglio olio or butter rice), protein ( fish or chicken), 2 sides and sauce

We had both Aglio olio as the base cos buttered rice has ran out

grilled fish with sides --- fries, coleslaw

crispy fish, with sides --- mashed potatoes, garlic bread

Garlic bread I believe is self prepared... Very strong pranta taste...

portion is so huge tt we shared 1 portion of Aglio olio, proteins and sides... Yup, even my husband a big eater cannot finish it!

i find the food so so... Very very salty, especially the pasta... Fish too is too salty, fries with salt.. yup only the mash potatoes is not

Hmmmm at first was thinking maybe next time we will come back for other food but after we had our dinner.. had a second thought.... Really too salty

food portion is not huge... enough for a small eater like me
taste wise is average, not really as nice as other Italian restaurants but for the price.... its still worth it

mushroom spinach cream sauce spaghetti @ $6.90
what is special is the cream sauce... spaghetti feels home cooked

spinach chicken gratin @ $5.90
penne covered with white sauce and some chicken

garlic focaccia @ $2.20
served hot, and the garlic makes it smells great!

it's just steam egg with mushroom, ham and potato wedges

its Christmas Eve and its crowded everywhere!

so we came to Kucina, a halal Italian restaurant located at a quiet mall.. Kinex

they serve mostly pasta, pizza 🍕 and some main course.. pizzas and pasta are not commonly found in other restaurants and cafes..

so many that we wanted to try... but theres limitation to our stomach.. so we had finally chose

Gamberi Germolata (Aglio Olio w prawns and anchovy lemon 🍋 sauce) @ $21.90++

4 choices of pasta is available.. and we chose my favorite linguine  

its not dry with lots of olive oil and pasta is just nice, not too hard nor overcooked

with the zest of lemon... makes this dish special!

Pizzotto @ $21.90++

a very nicely baked crust with turkey bacon 🥓, mushroom 🍄 and a sunny up 🍳 with tomato 🍅and mozzarella cheese 🧀 sauce

size is quite big, good for sharing... too much for a small eater like me

bread is very special! its not the normal thin crust but has the taste of baguette and bit of charcoal smell.. (its not oven baked?)

yuzu lime kucito @ $9.90++

nice drink.. fuzzy, lightly sweet and sourish, very refreshing drink

theres quite a number of nice desserts too!
