got recommendation from a vegetarian colleague for this vegetarian stall

unlike most vegetarian stall with the mixed veg rice layout… this stall is more noodle stall (soup / dry)

They offer few types of noodles..

mushroom hand made noodle
i tried this hand-made noodle and you really see them cutting the dough with the machine… the texture is so nice and chewy

its soup is thick, rich is flavor

I would say its abit overpriced.. its cost us abt $50 for 2 pax
the food is not as nice as it used to be.. especially citrus crust, its used to be abit wet and sticks to the fish.. but today, its powdery and the taste its not there.. nevertheless, side dishes is nice! I like to seasoned cauliflower which I think its quite unique

located at a neighbourhood of Hougang, Ci Yuan Community Cente.. SOD Café

not a very large café, with 2 sides glasses where you can have outside view at most of the seats in the café

here's the menu.. their menu tends to change.. rmb the menu was different when I visited few mths ago.. so do be fast if like to try any of the food!

personally i dont really like pork chop cos of the bones that comes with it, making hard to eat

pork chop is normally dry but this comes with special sauce --- black pepper, herbs and spices

Mushroom Pizza..
this is a March special, so grab it before it's gone! The pizza is not very big.. Just nice for a small appetite person.. They are generous in their ingredients.. Lots of shiitake mushrooms with sufficient tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese
bread crust is well toasted, abit crispy at the sides

If you visit pharmacy stores regularly, you will find boxes of tea bags branded SOD. Yes, this is their café, and have their own tea that are healthy caffeine-free tea. Do grab a cup when you are there!

this branch at Oasis Terrace is having a 1 for 1 promotion, only valid for dine in... such a great deal, do prepare to wait.. we waited for an hr + before we can to have a table... and another abt 20mins for our food to be served

Paid for Black Pork Katsu Curry 🍛 , and🍜

the curry is not spicy.. its definitely enough for your rice and katsu... its just goes so well with them!

Katsu is hot, crispy and juicy!! ladies, diet can wait!! it consist of the fats too

got DeluxeTampopo Black Pig Shabu Ramen for free!

the soup is unlike other Japanese Restaurant, its light and not diluted. feels like its contains milk?
its slightly spicy due to the chilli powder

ramen is very chewy, not uncooked nor soggy.. the texture is just perfect!

meat is just so delicious... soft and tender.. and the quantity of meat is not little too!

There is a wide variety, bought some to try... And yes, its nice!! I also bought a kaya cake which is not in the cold shelf... And I don't really like it... Won't recommend getting it
If you are there, look for the cakes their moose and cheese cake will do!

Ok, it looks like a normal ipoh hor fan but what is special is the sauce... It has a light herbal smell with wolfberries soaking the hor fan.. You will definitely finish the plate clean till the last drop
There are a few choices..
🍴Classic ipoh hor fun which is shredded chicken
🍴chicken cutlet
🍴pork cutlet

And another option is to opt for curry sauce instead... I tried the curry before but not as nice as the herb sauce

So what is so special abt Changi City Point branch? It's the fries!! Yes never never miss their fries! Comparing to other branches fries here is very different.. The crispness of the fries, yum!
